The first day of SB472 training for enVisionMATH went very well! Kudos to the many teachers (and the principals who supported them!) as they spent a valuable week of summer preparing for their math instruction next year!
They charted, discussed, shared, and learned from each other. It's looking to be a terrific week!
It is Day 3 of the SB 472 enVision Math Training. It has been excellent so far! I’m grateful for the opportunity to attend this conference especially in light of budget cuts throughout the state. Thank you RUSD, Dawn Smith, and to our principal, Jamelia Oliver for extending this exceptional support in an area of curriculum that is vital to the future of our students. The Pearson trainers are terrific and the comradeship with fellow teachers in the district is always a benefit. Can’t wait to add the newly learned layers into my classroom next year!
ReplyDeleteI too am enjoying this envision training. There are many tools in envision to help our learners. It is nice to have a chance to see how to access and implement them. The opportuntity to work cooperatively with other professionals on this math program is a great aide in my goal for full implementation. Thankyou RUSD and Betsy Schmechel!-Laurie
